I’ve read a lot about selling photos online. Not tried it yet. I used to wonders how the shops that sold only socks didn’t fold.
Yup that was a sock joke, but I can’t remember the last time I saw a sock shop though.
With technology getting better all the time, camera phones and media sharing sites could be the death bell for printed media. Looked through a photo album that wasn’t online lately? Photos are more likely to be viewed on hand held devices linked to Facebook.
There will always be the obligatory wedding album, held in massive white folders with what you thought was tracing paper between each page. Not to mention the amount of old school photos on the mantle piece complete with bowl haircuts and missing teeth.
Soon I would expect it will just be an old iPad, leaning against a brass candle stick idly flicking through your online album all day.
